Last week, I was lucky enough to attend an event catered by David Burke Group. On the menu were melt-in-your-mouth mushroom risotto croquettes, tangy and colorful beet salads (pictured), slightly spicy barbeque chicken dumplings and juicy pickle-topped cheeseburger sliders. The dumplings and sliders are also offered at Burke’s Bloomingdale’s location, Burke in the Box, alongside other shareable snacks like crab cake sliders, tiny chicken tacos and prosciutto pizza.
