A few years ago I went on a chartered cruise with the company I worked for at the time. The affair was essentially our summer office party. Since it ended in the early afternoon, and we weren’t required to go back to work, several of us decided we should continue the party at a restaurant or bar. The problem? None of us were too familiar with this part of Manhattan (Midtown West in the Eighth to 11th Ave. area).
