The roomy restaurant changes its decor and menu with the four seasons. Offerings from the sea can include Faroe Island salmon and from the land Long Island duck breast. Every night after 8:30 pm (and all night Su), the prix fixe three-course Park Avenue Wine Dinner ($69 per person) includes unlimited tastes of wine. Three times a year (in spring, summer and fall), the restaurant observes National Wine Week during which diners taste generous samples of 10 wines poured by 100 vintners for $20 at lunch.
