Inquisitive children and parents engage in hands-on discovery and fun with models and exhibits centered around such topics as the environment, health and invention. The facility also contains the Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium and LSC Giant Dome Theater and the Joseph D. Williams 3-D Science Theater.

The tour is a 75-minute trip through up to three of the performing-arts complex’s theaters, including Alice Tully Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Vivian Beaumont Theater, David H. Koch Theater and the Metropolitan Opera House. The tour includes insider trivia and sneak peeks into rehearsals when possible. Tours leave from the David Rubenstein Atrium.

Both individual and group classes, single classes or packages are available at this skateboarding school for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Classes are offered in several locations in the city: Beginner classes are held at the Bandshell, in the middle of Central Park. Equipment rental $15.
This free one-and-a-half-hour tour takes groups along historic Orchard Street and other neighboring blocks that played a vital role in the origins and development of the area. Excursions may also be tailored to architectural, historical or cultural interests. Tours depart Sun at 11 a.m. from
