Bevy is a new American restaurant near Central Park South helmed by Chef de Cuisine Chad Brauze. The core of Bevy is its relationships with local producers, farmers and artisans that enable the culinary talent to create seasonal menus. Dishes are elegant and rustic, focusing on grilled fish and meats. Available for private event for up to 80 people. For parties up to 38 people, Bevy offers one section of its chicly designed dining room, perfect for hosting a business dinner, birthday or holiday party. Bevy’s food is served family style and the wine director and bar team will tailor any event with just the right accompaniments to enhance the experience.
