An Aureole Kind of Father's Day

An Aureole Kind of Father's Day

The burger at Aureole

Aureole, the crown jewel (and first dining destination in NYC) in the Charlie Palmer restaurant empire, is of course, celebrating Father's Day in the manly style that it should be celebrated. Besides the hearty $49 lunch menu that includes starters of oysters on the half shell with lemon migonette, eggs Florentine, foie gras terrine and French toast, and main courses such as Chilean black sea bass, garganelli pasta with braised rabbit, and the classic Aureole burger (and don't bypass the sweet finishes such as lemon meringue and rum baba with tropical fruit, piña colada and pineapple sorbet), all dads will also be getting a complimentary Nat Sherman 749 cigar, part of the Nicaraguan Nat Sherman Timeless Collection. Dad, at Aureole: life is good!
