Head to GreenFlea Market—You Never Know What You Might Find

One of the greatest things about living in New York City is the simple fact that you never know where the day might take you. Recently, I took a trip to the Upper West Side to check out the American Museum of Natural History. Afterward, seeing as the weather was unseasonably warm, I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood and discovered the nearby GreenFlea Market. I’m a big fan of flea markets—you never know what you might find—so I decided to check it out. The open-air market, which rests on Columbus Ave. between W. 77th & W. 79th sts., is a bazaar of unique finds—from statement jewelry, vintage clothes and accessories to delicate tea sets, one-of-a-kind furniture and creative culinaryconcoctions. Whether you live in NYC or are just visiting, I suggest taking the time to walk around without a plan. You never know what you might find.
