Bloomingdale’s Concierge Fashion Show Celebrates 19 Years

Last night, Bloomingdale’s hosted their 19th annual Concierge Fashion Show to present fashionable fall looks on ten concierge-models—plus one concierge’s three young children. Bloomingdale’s provided the clothing and accessories, including pieces from John Varvatos, Z Zenga, J Brand and Nicole Miller. The finale featured furs from Maximilian Fur Salon.

Before the show began, a DJ set the mood with dance-y hits by Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars and Rihanna. David Burke’s Bloomingdale’s outpost Burke in the Box passed a variety of hors d’oeuvres, from chicken dumplings to deviled eggs to pulled pork sliders. Magnolia Bakery was also on hand with a slew of miniature cupcakes in flavors like chocolate, apple and pumpkin. Starbright Floral decorated the space with gorgeous flower arrangements.

Loida Diaz, president of New York City Association of Hotel Concierges (NYCAHC) and concierge at Trump International Hotel & Tower, MC’d the event for the third year in a row. She introduced each concierge with some fun facts, like their favorite activities and spots in the city. David Lisbon, personal shopper and stylist for Bloomingdale’s, co-hosted the event and provided descriptions of the models’ outfits.
