Laugh the Pounds Away With Emmy Award-Winning Actress, Renée Taylor

Do you remember that long-running show with Fran Drescher called “The Nanny?” I used to love watching that show as a kid, I especially loved the episodes when Fran Fine's mother would show up and cause a roukus. That hilarious character and comedic powerhouse is the one and only Renée Taylor. Having spent decades in the business, Taylor comes back to the stage with a monologue play about her relationship with food and dieting, and the stars she's worked with along the way.
Taylor looks back on a life full of memorable roles in Hollywood and on Broadway, and just as many fad diets. A self-described “diet junkie,” Taylor dishes out juicy anecdotes about—and weight loss tips from—Hollywood legends such as Joan Crawford, Marilyn Monroe, Marlon Brando and Cary Grant (she used to think that if she ate like a star, she’d just might live like one). By sharing her highs and lows—on and off the scale—as only she could, Renée Taylor proves how the ability to laugh will get you through it all. This peek behind the Hollywood curtain will run for a six-week limited engagement through August 19.

This is a show you don't want to miss and with tickets starting at just $30, you can spoil yourself and see it twice.
