Get to the Final Season of the House of Vans

House of Vans, the pop-up music experience from the famed skateboarding company celebrating its 50th birthday, will close its Greenpoint, Brooklyn, location after the 2018 season. So far this summer, the seven-year-old warehouse venue has hosted Queens-native Action Bronson, Slowdive, and the punk rock legends, Suicidal Tendencies

Tonight, House of Vans hosts Against Me!, led by frontwoman and social activist, Laura Jane Grace. Opening acts for the 20-year-veteran Floridian punk quartet are Cherry Glazerr and Taking Meds, and tonight's art installation is by Steak Mtn.RSVP is still open (Admission is first-come, first-served, so long as you've RSVP'ed online.) 

A week from today, on August 10th, California-punk pioneers, Pennywise visit House of Vans, with support from Sick of it All and Slashers, and an art installation by Jay HowellRSVP for this one is still open as well. The day before, Jay Howell hosts "Characters for Characters," "Exploring Character Development with Artist Jay Howell" at HOV.

On Saturday, August 18th, Deerhunter, Circuit Des Yeux and Standing on the Corner grace the stage alongside an art installation by Driely S, and for the final show of the summer season and of House of Vans' residency at 25 Franklin St., NYC-born-and-based rock legends Interpol will play a long set, with no supporting acts announced as of yet. Art installations for the final show are also not yet announced. 

The parties feature free food and drink options, as well as cash bars slinging adult beverages. There are no ATMs onsite and no backpacks bigger than 12" x 12" allowed, so come prepared!
