Last night, I went to an event at Tribeca Grill’s upstairs space The Loft. Like the Robert DeNiro-owned restaurant’s downstairs dining room, The Loft is filled with soft lighting and exposed brick that made me feel cozy and warm on a chilly, rainy night. Both spaces, along with their smaller dining area The Gallery and their screening room, can be rented out for private events. The Grill served a delicious assortment of appetizers that made me anxious to try their dinner menu. My favorite dish was their creamy mac’n’cheese covered in crunchy breadcrumbs. They also served beef and lamb sliders, artisanal cheeses and spicy chicken lollipops. Their lunch and dinner menus feature more of these classic, yet gourmet choices.
