Late-Night Eats in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

Late-Night Eats in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

Although breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, I normally only eat dinner—which usually happens around 10 p.m. When I’m too tired to cook, my go-to spot for late-night eats in my neighborhood is Omonia Café. Open well into the wee hours of the morning (think 3 a.m. during the week), I consider the spot, which also boasts a flagship location in Astoria, Queens, a trendy diner with an extensive menu. This is the place to get anything and everything, from the standard burger and fries to more exotic fare, like sautéed mushroom & goat cheese pizza and sweet and savory crêpes. The large space—complete with a number of tables, chairs, wrap-around booths and contemporary décor—also has a pretty impressive array of desserts, with the packed display case serving as a main focal point for hungry passersby. If you happen to be in Bay Ridge, Omonia Café won’t disappoint. For more information on all of Omonia Café’s locations, click here.
