Last week, Off the Wall Frozen Yogurt opened its fifth location in Times Square. The store offers 16 flavors of frozen yogurt (or “fro-yo,” as my little sister calls it) with a variety of toppings, including cereal, fresh fruit and candy sprinkles.
After reviewing the flavor choices, I opted for a swirl of Cookies & Cream with Peanut Butter Blast and a dollop of Sea Salt Caramel on the side. Then I added blueberries, strawberries and caramel sauce on top. My sister chose one of the sorbets, Valencia Orange. The flavors are rotated frequently and I can’t wait to go back to try the Pomerazzle Sorbet and the Maple D’ohnut. Because the yogurt is all self-serve, you can try all 16 flavors at once or just your favorite.
When I visited the store, the helpful and friendly employees were all wearing shirts bearing Off the Wall’s slogan “Today is a Good Day”—an appropriate phrase as any day involving a frozen treat is definitely better than average.
