Three-time cheftestant on Bravo’s Emmy Award-winning culinary show, “Top Chef” alum, Chef Talde, presents a *utensils optional* dinner at his signature Chinatown restaurant Rice & Gold at Hotel 50 Bowery Thursday, October 11. Join the Three Kings crew in partnership with Coney Island Brewing Co. for their Filipino-inspired dinner featuring Korean BBQ meats and accompaniments such as galbi-marinated short ribs, sesame chili beef marrow, grilled pork belly, pork shoulder, seafood pancakes and more! Tickets are for all-you-can-eat, with a menu featuring pork shoulder, crispy oysters, butter lettuce, pickles, sesame chili beef marrow, crispy dumplings and more with Coney Island beer pairings.
