Looking for something fun to do while you count down to the big game? There are tons of Super Bowl themed activities to check out in New York. Here are some of our favorites:

Starting Wednesday, head to midtown for a slew of entertainment as part of Super Bowl Boulevard, which stretches between 34th to 47th Streets along Broadway. Through Saturday, you can see the Vince Lombardi trophy, ride a toboggan down a 60-foot-tall run and meet current and former NFL players. For a full list of activities available at Super Bowl Boulevard, visit nfl.com/superbowl/48/events/boulevard.

For a more artistic take on football, check out the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Gridiron Greats exhibit. Now through February 10th, the museum will showcase vintage football cards from Jefferson R. Burdick’s collection of roughly 303,000 cards.

For a pre-game dessert, pick up a pack of football cupcakes from Baked By Melissa. The mini-cupcake bakeshop will feature Denver- and Seattle-themed treats now through game day, which you can pick up in store or have delivered to your Super Bowl party.

Animal lovers can enjoy a tribute to Animal Planet’s annual canine football game, the Puppy Bowl, at Discovery Times Square. The museum celebrates the Puppy Bowl’s 10th anniversary with a Hall of Fame exhibit and even live puppies, playing on a replica field and licking you at a kissing booth.
