On World Yacht (Pier 81, W. 41st St. at 12th Ave., 1-212-630-8100), a DJ and live musicians and a singer perform jazz standards, as well as livelier tunes including hip-hop, drawing passengers' attention away from the Manhattan skyline views-at least until the song ends.

Aboard Zephyr (Pier 16, South Street Seaport, 1-866-984-6998), a DJ keeps the large dance floor busy during Happy Hour Sunset Cruises (Thurs-Fri) and Saturday Night Dance Parties, each week featuring a different theme: 1980s-90s Flashback (Jun. 5), Latin Night (Jun. 12), Top 40 Hip-Hop (Jun. 19) and Disco/House Music (Jun. 26).
