James Bond might favor his martini, but a good glass of single malt scotch is no poor cousin. On May 29 at 7 p.m., the Empire Steak House, in the heart of the theater district, will be hosting a five-course dinner, paired with Atlantic wines and scotches. The tasting will be led by Spike McClure, a scotch guru who hails from the House of Walker. While happily imbibing, sample clams and oysters on the half shell; grilled Chilean sea bass with pan-seared scallops; prime dry-aged New York sirloin;  and more. The scotch pairings will include Talisker Storm; Oban 14 and Cragganmore 12. Bottoms up!
