Give Back While You Shop During Miracle on Madison Avenue Dec. 5

Of course, there are ample opportunities to enjoy shopping excursions at NYC’s many retailers during the holidays, as well as all other times of the year. If you want to feel good when you swipe the plastic this holiday season, head to the Upper East Side tomorrow (Dec. 5) for Madison Avenue’s annual holiday shopping tradition, Miracle on Madison Avenue.

At this annual shopping event, the world’s premier flagship boutiques and businesses on this tony avenue support charities that assist children in need. The 29th Annual Miracle on Madison Avenue will support The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK).

At noon, a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on the miracle stage at 64th Street and Madison Avenue. Multi-Emmy® award winner Sandra Lee serves as this year’s Miracle Ambassador. Nearly 80 participating retailers and businesses on Madison Avenue, between E. 57th & E. 86th streets, will donate 20% of tomorrow’s sales from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to the Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

You can expect plenty of holiday cheer while you walk this stretch of Madison Avenue, as Victorian-dressed holiday carolers will sing festive holiday songs and refreshments will be served.

Feel good this holiday season as you shop luxe goods from Anne Fontaine, LJ Cross, David Yurman, Paul Morelli and dozens more while you help contribute to a worthy cause.

Miracle on Madison Avenue is organized by the Madison Avenue BID. For details, click here.
