Country music fans come and celebrate with The Opry City Stage New Year’s Eve Bash featuring country hit-making duo, LOCASH, plus an appearance by Radio Romance, winners of the 2017 Nash Next Talent competition. The New Year’s Eve Bash package includes LOCASH and Radio Romance show tickets,  a Southern-style meal, premium open bar, party favors and special gift.  Choose from a 7 pm or 9:30 pm showtime with tickets starting at $199 (gratuity and tax included).

Countdown to 2018 at The Ditty, a friendly neighborhood bar/restaurant in Astoria, Queens, offering a three-hour open bar followed by a champagne toast at midnight for just $75. The bar opens its doors to non-ticket holders once the ball drops, to throw an all-night dance party until 8 am (yes, you read that right). There will be a live telecast of “Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve” at the venue as well. With great food, booze, and dancing, Ditty is a one-stop shop.  

Modern-European restaurant Bâtard is offering an ultra-lux New Year's Eve celebration for those who want a more sophisticated night out. The Tribeca staple is providing guests two dining experiences including a three-course tasting menu for $95, or four courses for $115 before heading out for a night on the town or back home for the ball drop; or the option to stay and ring in the new year with oysters and caviar before a luxurious six-course tasting menu with extravagant sweets for $225 per person. 

Bundle up in Brooklyn for a relaxing New Year’s Eve with fireworks sparkling over Prospect Park. Live music starts at around 10:30 pm at Grand Army Plaza, where you can also snag a cup of hot cocoa. At midnight, fireworks will go off at Long Meadow; the best vantage points are at Grand Army Plaza, inside the park on West Drive and along Prospect Park West between Grand Army Plaza and 9th Street.

Classic Greek Bistro Kellari is offering several different specials this New Year's Eve. Start your night early for $95 a person and enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine with a three-course meal. Or, join in at 9 pm for the official Russian Empire presents, New Year's Eve Party. For $250 per person, enjoy a five-course meal and one bottle of vodka per five guests, as well as a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne. If you're just looking to party $150 gives you access to the bar and lounge with an open bar from 10 pm till 2 am while The Russian DJ leads the night. The prix fixe menu features items such as Halibut Fillet Orange with caper sauce and squid ink risotto, Lavraki Grilled Mediterranean sea bass with sautéed kale and chickpeas, Astako-Makaronada Greek-style pasta with lobster, and more.

Dine at French Mediterranean hot spot Bagatelle this New Year's Eve. Offering a $380 prix fixe dinner or a $500 per person dinner, which includes a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne for their Sweetest Memory Dinner Gala. Start your meal with eggs caviar with scrambled eggs, vodka cream and Ossetra caviar as well as a black truffle lobster salad with celery, apple and honey lemon dressing. Your next course of Wild Turbot includes uni, caviar, and Meyer lemon sauce. Lastly, indulge on Wagyu Beef Rossini with porcini, fingerling potatoes and perigourdine sauce and finish your meal with a mascarpone chocolate mousse with gold cherries. 
 

Seeking a more nostalgic experience for New Years? Head over to atmospheric and low-key Pouring Ribbons where they will be serving up sophisticated cocktails in the East Village. For New Year’s Eve, the upscale lounge is offering an open bar, punch, snacks and a champagne toast for $100 plus gratuity from 9 pm-2 am.  So if you’re looking for a spot that’s off the beaten path with a cool vibe, great bites to ring in the new year, this is the place.

Maybe this is the year you want to pull out all the stops and have the kind of New Year’s Eve that you would see in an old 1930s musical. Grab a ticket to the iconic Rainbow Room's Bar SixtyFive where guests are invited to enjoy a Champagne and caviar open bar, passed canapés from 10 pm to Midnight, magnificent views of the New York skyline, live DJ entertainment and dancing all night for $325 plus gratuity, tax and ticket processing fee; tickets are non-refundable.

Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel radiates with refined elegance and traditional European flair. The Midtown hotel offers a New Year's Eve package that includes a four-hour premium open bar from 9 pm–1 am with gourmet hor d'oeuvres, assorted passed desserts and cocktails, and a celebratory toast at midnight while you dance the night away with DJ Greg Hansen spinning from 9 pm–4 am.  Take it to the next level with the VIP package that adds one bottle of Vodka and one bottle of Champagne for every five guests. Prepaid tickets are $195 and $295 for VIP tickets.

Sofitel New York’s 1920s-themed New Year’s Eve party takes place in Gaby Brasserie Française, the hotel’s signature restaurant named for a Parisian model who took Manhattan by storm in the flapper era. Guests are encouraged to dress in theme for an evening of elegant dining and live entertainment, complete with dancing to the sounds of the popular Serendipity Jazz Quintet. Guest have a choice of two prix-fixe dinner seatings: 5:30–6:30 pm for $185 plus tax and gratuity or 8:30–9:30 pm with the option of extending through midnight for $265 per person. The four-course dinner includes an antipasti buffet plus a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, plus a half bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne.

Ring in the New Year in style and for a good cause at The Penrose. Celebrate with a three-hour open bar from 9 pm until midnight. Hors d'oeuvres, party favors, cocktails, Champagne at midnight, surprises are all in store. This year, $10,000 of ticket proceeds will be donated to "STREETS International" a charity dedicated to rescuing youth from trafficking, poverty and slave labor in developing countries. Say goodbye to 2017 and hello to 2018 at Tribeca Grill with a five-course menu and lively entertainment from six members of the Seeger Sessions Band (who performed with Bruce Springsteen) along with Mark Pender on Trumpet (Conan O’Brien Show), Arno Hecht on Sax (Rolling Stones, James Brown, J. Geils Band), and Gene Casey on Guitar (the Lone Sharks). The entire evening is priced at $195 per guest (exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity).  For those who prefer to celebrate earlier, a special á la carte menu is available from 5-6:45 pm.

The sleek and spacious award-winning modern American restaurant and lounge is offering guests a rare chance to create their own five-course menu from the dishes served at the James Beard House to tastefully ring in the New Year. Dinner prices start at $100 and $150 per person for the tasting menu with wine pairings.

This New Year’s Eve, Le District, the ultimate French marketplace, will be hosting a celebration to bring out the Francophile in all of us! From 8 pm to 2 am, partygoers can indulge in the best French offerings, including a curated selection of wine and cocktails (or beer if you’d prefer) at Le Bar, as well as unlimited French fries from Bar A Frites, cheese and charcuterie boards at the Boulangerie and oysters at the Poissonerie.
