Step up your cheese game April 16-22 at the second annual Cheese Week. I don’t know about you but I’ve always been an unregistered cheesemonger: the different flavors, aging processes and—my favorite—(wine) pairings, I love it. But if you get overwhelmed by the Whole Foods cheese display, the multi-colored Everest of slices with varieties you've never heard of but are so anxious to try. Cheese Week is here to answer those cheese questions you were too embarrassed to ask like: How does Humboldt Fog get that perfect thin line of blue cheese? What does Camembert pair with? Why are there 12 different kinds of cheddar? At Cheese week, you’ll get a chance to watch chef demos, learn about wine and cheese pairings and more.

Cheese Week 2018 has released a schedule of events to celebrate all things Cheese. All of the events are open to consumers and provide an opportunity to explore cheese while tasting a variety of offerings from extraordinary producers. Though the festival is wildly popular in Paris (of course), 2018 marks the second year of the event here in NYC. Here is the 2018 schedule:
