Executive Chef Daniel Fleming Curates Primal Cut's Lavish "Wine & Dine" Night

On Thursday, October 18th, the Upper East Side chophouse perched alongside the Queensboro Bridge, Primal Cut (333 E. 60th St., btw First & Second aves.,) hosts its annual Wine & Dine, a curated, four-course, fall-inspired meal highlighting local, seasonal ingredients handpicked by tenured Executive Chef, Daniel Fleming. The special night is open to the public and features two seatings—the first at 7 pm, with a 6:30 pm Dom Pérignon cocktail reception; the second at 9:45 pm with a 9:15 pm Dom Pérignon cocktail reception. Each seat is $125 and includes all food and beverage during the four-course meal and cocktail reception.

  

The dinner—which will include roasted butternut squash with maytag bleu cheese and spiced honey suckle, as well as short ribs ragu and other hot fall-inspired specialties, plus dessert varietals—features curated wine pairings to complement Chef Fleming's dishes. Featured wines include Dom Pérignon Luminous Collection, Napa Valley's Mt. Veeder Vineyard Newton Cabernet Sauivignon and a Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina winery Terrazas de los Andes, as well as a range of wines yet to be announced.
